1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Pimah platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Account Responsibilities

Users must authenticate via a valid Google account. You are strictly responsible for safeguarding your account and any activity occurring under it. Account sharing is strictly prohibited and violates our fair-use policy.

3. Payments & Billing

• Pay-Per-Mock: Each mock test is purchased individually. There are no automatic recurring subscriptions.
• First Purchase Discount: New users may receive a one-time promotional discount (e.g., 50% off) automatically applied at checkout.
• Refunds: All sales are final once a mock test has been accessed. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
• Pricing: Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes. Pimah reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.

4. Intellectual Property

All proprietary mock questions, explanations, analytical algorithms, and UI designs are the exclusive intellectual property of Pimah. You may not scrape, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our study materials without explicit written consent.

5. Disclaimers

Pimah is an independent examination preparation tool. We are not officially affiliated with, nor endorsed by, the CFA Institute, ACCA, or GARP. We do not guarantee passing scores; your results depend entirely on your own effort and execution on exam day.
